Standard Building Specs
- Floor Joists 2×6 spaced 16″ on center, 8′ wide buildings use 2×4 joists.
- Fifty year warranty 3/4 T&G Advantech floor with water sealer.
- Wall studs spaced 16″ on center (except metal siding sheds are 24″ o/c)
- Metal siding and roofing has a 40 year manufacturer warranty.
- Lockable T-handle latches. Two spring bolt latches on double door models.
- Painted white or brown aluminum windows with screens and slides.
- Loft storage in Lofted Gambrel and Rustic Cabins.
- Full vented ridge with in all buildings except economy.
- Diamond Tread plate in all buildings with double door or garage door.
- Roof Rafters connected with steel truss plates.
Things that you should know
- Prices do not include sales tax and may change if material increases.
- Free delivery first 40 miles; $2.50 per mile over and $3.00/mile for 12′ wide
- Customer is responsible for site preparation, building permits, and codes.
- A level gravel pad is the best site for your storage building.
- Open access is important, not responsible for damage to property.
- Building site must be within 12″ of level or a fee may apply.
- $3 per extra block over 12″ and $45 per hour over 1/2 hour level time.
- Nonrefundable Deposit of 20% required on all orders.
- Standard buildings up to 12’x28′ can be built onsite and will incur extra cost
